Swedbank didn't seem like an option anyway as you have to visit twice to open an account and sadly I wouldn't be in Estonia for long enough. I'll try for SEB (which also seems to have the advantage of having lots of information available in English :) )
I have a very expensive copy of "A Tangled Web - Memoirs of a British Spy in Estonia" on the way, but hopefully I'll be able to get things sent a lot more cheaply after my next visit! :D

Hello,
Unfortunately facebook for no reason banned our administrators (including our old prime minister & one other politician who was my co-administrator) from Estonia page so i cant reply there - i am writing about the bank post that i made from Estonia page. I try to resolve this
I confused important thing - actually HANSA/Swedbank has horrible interface and SEB one is okey + SEB has virtual creditcard system also as a benefit.
