Islam for a Better Life:
Islam teaches that true happiness can only being obtained by living a life full of God-consciousness and being satisfied with what God has given us. Additionally, true "freedom" is freedom from being controlled by our base human desires and being ruled by man-made ideologies. This stands in stark contrast to the view of many people in the modern world, who consider "freedom" to be the ability to satisfy all of their desires without inhibition. The clear and comprehensive guidance of Islam gives human-beings a well-defined purpose and direction in life. In addition to being members of the human-brotherhood of Islam, its well-balanced and practical teachings are a source of spiritual comfort, guidance and morality. A direct and clear relationship with Almighty God, as well as the sense of purpose and belonging that ones feels as a Muslim, frees a person from the many worries of everyday life. In short, the Islamic way of life is pure and wholesome. It builds self-discipline and self-control thought regular prayer and fasting, and frees human-beings from superstition and all sorts of racial, ethnic and national prejudices. By accepting to live a God-conscious life, and realizing that the only thing that distinguishes people in the sight of God is their consciousness of Him, a person's true human dignity is realized.

The Islamic Way of Life:
In the Holy Qur'an, God teaches human beings that they were created in order to worship Him, and that the basis of all true worship is God-consciousness. Since the teachings of Islamic encompass all aspects of life and ethics, God-consciousness is encouraged in all human affairs. Islam makes it clear that all human acts are acts of worship if they are done for God alone and in accordance to His Divine Law. As such, worship in Islam is not limited to religious rituals. The teachings of Islam act as a mercy and a healing for the human soul, and such qualities as humility, sincerity, patience and charity are strongly encouraged. Additionally, Islam condemns pride and self-righteousness, since Almighty God is the only judge of human righteousness. The Islamic view of the nature of man is also realistic and well-balanced. Human beings are not believed to be inherently sinful, but are seen as equally capable of both good and evil. Islam also teaches that faith and action go hand-in-hand. God has given people free-will, and the measure of one's faith is one's deeds and actions. However, human beings have also been created weak and regularly fall into sin. This is the nature of the human being as created by God in His Wisdom, and it is not inherently "corrupt" or in need of repair. This is because the avenue of repentance of always open to all human beings, and Almighty God loves the repentant sinner more than one who does not sin at all. The true balance of an Islamic life is established by having a healthy fear of God as well as a sincere belief in His infinite Mercy. A life without fear of God leads to sin and disobedience, while believing that we have sinned so much that God will not possibly forgive us only leads to despair. In light of this, Islam teaches that: only the misguided despair of the Mercy of their Lord. Additionally, the Holy Qur'an, which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, contains a great deal of teachings about the life hereafter and the Day of Judgment. Due to this, Muslims believe that all human beings will ultimately be judged by God for their beliefs and actions in their earthly lives. In judging human beings, Almighty God will be both Merciful and Just, and people will only be judged for what they were capable of. Suffice it to say that Islam teaches that life is a test, and that all human beings will be accountable before God. A sincere belief in the life hereafter is key to leading a well-balanced life and moral. Otherwise, life is viewed as an end in itself, which causes human beings to become more selfish, materialistic and immoral.

LET ME TELL YOU THE BORN OF JESUS:

16. Relate in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the East.

17. She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her Our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.

18. She said: "I seek refuge from thee to (Allah) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear Allah."

19. He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a pure son.

20. She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"

21. He said: "So (it will be): thy Lord saith, 'That is easy for Me: and (We wish) to appoint him as a Sign unto men and a Mercy from Us'. It is a matter (so) decreed."

22. So she conceived him, and she retired with him to a remote place.

23. And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree. She cried (in her anguish): "Ah! would that I had died before this! would that I had been a thing forgotten!"

24. But (a voice) cried to her from beneath the (palm-tree): "Grieve not! for thy Lord hath provided a rivulet beneath thee;

25. "And shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree: It will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee.

26. "So eat and drink and cool (thine) eye. And if thou dost see any man, say, 'I have vowed a fast to (Allah) Most Gracious, and this day will I enter into no talk with any human being'"

27. At length she brought the (babe) to her people, carrying him (in her arms). They said: "O Mary! truly a strange thing has thou brought!

28. "O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!"

29. But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?"

30. He said: "I am indeed a servant of Allah. He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet;

31. "And He hath made me blessed wheresoever I be, and hath enjoined on me Prayer and Charity as long as I live;

32. "(He hath made me) kind to my mother, and not overbearing or unblest;

33. "So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)"!

34. Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute.

35. It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it is.

36. Verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord: Him therefore serve ye: this is a Way that is straight.

37. But the sects differ among themselves: and woe to the Unbelievers because of the (coming) Judgment of an awful Day!

38. How plainly will they see and hear, the Day that they will appear before Us! but the unjust today are in error manifest!

ALLAH NEVER MAKES MİSTAKES.

let me tell you who is ALLAH:

Some of the biggest misconceptions that many non-Muslims have about Islam have to do with the word "Allah". For various reasons, many people have come to believe that Muslims worship a different God than Christians and Jews. This is totally false, since "Allah" is simply the Arabic word for "God" - and there is only One God. Let there be no doubt - Muslims worship the God of Noah, Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus - peace be upon them all. However, it is certainly true that Jews, Christians and Muslims all have different concepts of Almighty God. For example, Muslims - like Jews - reject the Christian beliefs of the Trinity and the Divine Incarnation. This, however, doesn't mean that each of these three religions worships a different God - because, as we have already said, there is only One True God. Judaism, Christianity and Islam all claim to be "Abrahamic Faiths", and all of them are also classified as "monotheistic". However, Islam teaches that other religions have, in one way or another, distorted and nullified a pure and proper belief in Almighty God by neglecting His true teachings and mixing them with man-made ideas.

First of all, it is important to note that "Allah" is the same word that Arabic-speaking Christians and Jews use for God. If you pick up an Arabic Bible, you will see the word "Allah" being used where "God" is used in English. (Click here to see some examples of the word "Allah" in the Arabic Bible.) This is because "Allah" is the only word in the Arabic language equivalent to the English word "God" with a capital "G". Additionally, the word "Allah" cannot be made plural or given gender (i.e. masculine or feminine), which goes hand-in-hand with the Islamic concept of God. Because of this, and also because the Qur'an, which is the holy scripture of Muslims, was revealed in the Arabic language, some Muslims use the word "Allah" for "God", even when they are speaking other languages. This is not unique to the word "Allah", since many Muslims tend to use Arabic words when discussing Islamic issues, regardless of the language which they speak. This is because the universal teachings of Islam - even though they have been translated in every major language - have been preserved in the Arabic language. It is interesting to note that the Aramaic word "El", which is the word for God in the language that Jesus spoke, is certainly more similar in sound to the word "Allah" than the English word "God". This also holds true for the various Hebrew words for God, which are "El" and "Elah", and the plural form "Elohim". The reason for these similarities is that Aramaic, Hebrew and Arabic are all Semitic languages with common origins. It should also be noted that in translating the Bible into English, the Hebrew word "El" is translated variously as "God", "God" and "angel"! This imprecise language allows different translators, based on their preconceived notions, to translate the word to fit their own views. The Arabic word "Allah" presents no such difficulty or ambiguity, since it is only used for Almighty God alone. Additionally, in English, the only difference between "God", meaning a false God, and "God", meaning the One True God, is the capital "G". In the Arabic alphabet, since it does not have capital letters, the word for God (i.e. Allah) is formed by adding the equivalent to the English word "the" (Al-) to the Arabic word for "God/God" (ilah). So the Arabic word "Allah" literally it means "The God" - the "Al-" in Arabic basically serving the same function as the capital "G" in English. Due to the above mentioned facts, a more accurate translation of the word "Allah" into English might be "The One -and-Only God" or "The One True God".

More importantly, it should also be noted that the Arabic word "Allah" contains a deep religious message due to its root meaning and origin. This is because it stems from the Arabic verb ta'Allaha (or alaha), which means "to be worshipped". Thus in Arabic, the word "Allah" means "The One who deserves all worship". This, in a nutshell, is the Pure Monotheistic message of Islam. You see, according to Islam, "monotheism" is much more than simply believing in the existence of "only One God" - as seemingly opposed to two, three or more. If one understands the root meaning of the word "Allah", this point should become clear. One should understand that Islam's criticism of the other religions that claim to be "monotheistic" is not because they are "polytheistic" in the classic sense, but because they direct various forms of worship to other than Almighty God. We will discuss the meaning of worship in Islam below, however, before moving on it should be noted that many non-Muslims are unaware of the distinction between simply believing in the existence of only One God and reserving all worship for Him alone. Many Christians are painfully unaware of this point, and thus you often find them asking how Muslims can accuse the followers of Jesus, peace be upon him, of being "polytheists" when they were all "monotheistic Jews". First of all, it should be clarified that the word "polytheist" doesn't really sound right in this context, since to many it implies simply believing in the existence of more than one God. So in an Islamic context, "associators", "man-worshippers" or "creature worshippers" might be more accurate and appropriate terms - especially since Christians believe Jesus to be both "100% God and 100% man", while still paying lip-service to God's "Oneness". However, as we previously touched upon, what is really at the root of this problem is the fact that Christians - as well as the members of other religions - don't really know what "monotheism" means - especially in the Islamic sense. All of the books, articles and papers that I've read which were written by Christians invariably limit "monotheism" to believing in the existence of "One Sovereign and Creator God". Islam, however, teaches much more than this.

Suffice it to say that just because someone claims to be a "monotheistic" Jew, Christian or Muslim, that doesn't keep them from falling into corrupt beliefs and idolatrous practices. Many people, including some Muslims, claim belief in "One God" even though they've fallen into acts of idolatry. Certainly, many Protestants accuse Roman Catholics of idolatrous practices in regards to the saints and the Virgin Mary. Likewise, the Greek Orthodox Church is considered "idolatrous" by many other Christians because in much of their worship they use icons. However, if you ask a Roman Catholic or a Greek Orthodox person if God is "One", they will invariably answer: "Yes!”… …This brings us to a more important point: It should be clearly understood that what Islam is primarily concerned with is correcting mankind's concept of Almighty God. What we are ultimately going to be held accountable at the end of our life is not whether we prefer the word "Allah" over the word "God", but what our concept of God is. Language is only a side issue. A person can have an incorrect concept of God while using the word "Allah", and likewise a person can have a correct concept of God while using the word "God". This is because both of these words are equally capable of being misused and being improperly defined. As we've already mentioned, using the word "Allah" no more insinuates belief in the Unity of God than the use of the word "God" insinuates belief in the Trinity - or any other theological opinion. Naturally, when God sends a revelation to mankind through a prophet, He is going to send it in a language that the people who receive it can understand and relate to. Almighty God makes this clear in the Qur'an, when He states:

Never did We send a Messenger except (to teach) in the language of his (own) people in order to make (things) clear to them." (Qur'an, Chapter 14 - "Abraham", Verse 4)

As Muslims, we think that it is unfortunate that we have to go into details on such seemingly minor issues, but so many falsehoods have been heaped upon our religion, that we feel that it is our duty to try to break down the barriers of falsehood. This isn't always easy, since there is a lot of anti-Islamic literature in existence which tries to make Islam look like something strange and foreign to Westerners. There are some people out there, who are obviously not on the side of truth, that want to get people to believe that "Allah" is just some Arabian "God", and that Islam is completely "other" - meaning that it has no common roots with the other Abrahamic religions (i.e. Christianity and Judaism). To say that Muslims worship a different "God" because they say "Allah" is just as illogical as saying that French people worship another God because they use the word "Dieu", that Spanish-speaking people worship a different God because they say "Dios" or that the Hebrews worshipped a different God because they sometimes call Him "Yahweh". Certainly, reasoning like this is quite ridiculous! It should also be mentioned, that claiming that any one language uses the only correct word for God is tantamount to denying the universality of God's message to mankind, which was to all nations, tribes and people through various prophets who spoke different languages.”

THE UNIVERSALITY OF ISLAM
Since the consequences of false religion are so grave, the true religion of Allah(God) must be universally understandable and attainable, not confined to any people, place or time. There can not be conditions like baptism, belief in a man, as a savior etc., for a believer to enter paradise. Within the central principle of Islam and in its definition, (the surrender of one's will to God) lies the roots of lslam's universality. Whenever man comes to the realization that Allah is one and distinct from His creation, and submits himself to Allah, he becomes a Muslim in body and spirit and is eligible for paradise. Thus, anyone at anytime in the most remote region of the world can become a Muslim, a follower of God's religion, Islam, by merely rejecting the worship of creation and by turning to Allah (God) alone-It should be noted however, that the recognition of and submission to Allah requires that one chooses between right and wrong and such a choice implies accountability. Man will be held responsible for his choices, and, as such, he should try his utmost to do good and avoid evil. The ultimate good being the worship of Allah alone and the ultimate evil being the worship of His creation along with or instead of Allah. This fact is expressed in the final revelation as follows:
"Verily those who believe, those who follow the Jewish (Scriptures), the Christians and the Sabians any who believe In Allah and the last day, and work righteousness shall have their reward with their Lord; They will not be overcome by fear nor grief (Soorah Al-Baqarah 2:62).
If only they had stood by the law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that was sent to them from their Lord, they would have enjoyed happiness from every side. There Is from among them a party on the right course; but many of them follow a course that Is evil.". (Soorah Al-.Maa'idah 5:66)

just a philosophical question you can answer me directly, ok?
what if there will be, new man/Praised One made religion that is not Islam as it's written in Koraan but what is more or at leas as directly made for people who want to be with ALLAH?
Koraan, is great book for that but not for everyone, as you probably agree many people who read Koraan reads it wrong, will not understand it as needed? Not at all often as we can see.

One of the things i do is joining different reality channels so one can understand that one is talking about the SAME thing but with different words/culture/Time in their mind.

What do You think Abdul - Would there be people who want to co-operate with the final work that whole world now can help to complete, as this is why we have become so far by now.
The Internet's are one of the final tools to organize secure meetings & tools for the final work. The final work can not Only have words that was meant by the last prophet. All the words do not need to be even exactly translatable to other languages, all the words do not need to say it so two different channels will agree on the meaning rightfulness at first sight. If Moses would be here today - we all know He would use ALL tools that do not harm to join us more, to get them end this silly fight and arguments like "Who Is ALLAH" or "Is your' ALLAH better then Mine" - etc. The words, wording was new and different back then from earlier works as it was needed like this back them, as people had become more then they was before thanks to Jesus. But instead moving on and make the knowledge more advanced they started to fight, argue in silly matters that i mentioned before.
If ALLAH does not make mistakes, can one of the first (not the first first...) - Jesus make mistakes, jes/maybe. Can others make also mistakes? And what does west (also) teach us, that stops everyone moving on in speed that is needed? They say: (from school system to the end): Do not make mistakes, mistakes are NOT allowed if you want to make it to the top, we do not accept if one makes mistakes, if you make mistakes we will fail you, you will be punished if you make mistake, you only have one chance - if you make mistake it's the End! - so, SO many people are afraid to even try to think differently. To think out of box.
But even more bad - this is also the reason why we do not move on, why we are stuck with one part of the knowledge that works and will not use everything that Allah has for us so we can become more higher and one with the Understanding and Experience.

In short - is there possible to get help from people You know who understands what I am doing, already as of now ?

İslam is the only one religion of God(ALLAH) the greatest there is no other.
let me tell you the situation of them who think that worship God but worships falses:
32. Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of thy Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in the life of this world: and We raise some of them above others in ranks, so that some may command work from others. But the Mercy of thy Lord is better than the (wealth) which they amass.

33. And were it not that (all) men might become of one community, We would provide, for everyone that blasphemes against the Most Gracious, silver roofs for their houses and (silver) stair-ways on which to go up,

34. And (silver) doors to their houses, and couches (of silver) on which they could recline,

35. And also adornments of gold. But all this were nothing but enjoyment of the present life: the Hereafter, in the sight of thy Lord, is for the Righteous.

36. If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of the Most Gracious, We appoint for him a Satan, to be an intimate companion to him.

37. Such (Satans) really hinder them from the Path, but they think that they are being guided aright!

38. At length, when (such a one) comes to Us, he says (to his evil companion): "Would that between me and thee were the distance of East and West!" Ah! evil is the companion (indeed)!

39. When ye have done wrong, it will avail you nothing, that Day, that ye shall be partners in Punishment!

Well, about answers i can tell you that Maybe.
You will probably agree that it can not be requirement to read any book to get to the gates of heaven ? Greatest knowledge has become to me when i allow my self to listen, quiet the mind, no running any thoughts or when i am on the spiritual trip.

Islam is Great religion but if one should be careful to not downplay other religions with out experiencing the deeper meaning what they Really have to offer, the Core, just telling some stories that someone was hand picked & re-interpreted - well, i do not think doing like that will shine light to the spiritual depth that Islam has to offer

Have you also happen to read Masnavi (مثنوی معنوی) ?

Greetings Brother : )

Before i go further... i would like to ask do you agree, that different reality channels transcribe old text differently? That some words had different meanings back then? That many texts that have written down got infected by peoples minds & personal agenda who write it down or pass it to others? That many people who read these text today with their infected mind will understand things differently or they might miss some points and looking to much in to the things that are not needed?

Do you also agree, there might have been more then one person who was described as 'Jesus' later on? & when news was collected (some that was way more then 300 years old, from people to people)... a lot was changed in this ' telephone game ' ?

& most important - did you also take time to listen the talks from http://www.youtube.com/playlist?p=PLAA2B764E682710D2 playlist? Honestly?
With clear, pure mind, these things can only be lissened

Islam was taught by every single prophet that came before the prophet Muhammad, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus all taught and preached Islam. Including the other many prophets such as Jacob, Ishmael, Joseph, and Isaac! And all the prophets... prayed as the Muslim today pray , of course this include Jesus and his disciples

* Muslims (those who submit to the will of God) perform ablution before prayer

Then David arose from the earth and washed and anointed himself and changed his clothes. And he went into the house of the LORD and worshiped ( Samuel 12:20 )
They shall wash their hands and their feet ( Exodus 30:21 )
with which Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet. ( Exodus 40:31 )

* The first position of prayer, Muslims lift up their hands palms out at the side of the head

So I will bless you as long as I live
in your name I will lift up my hands. (Psalm 63:4 )

And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God, and all the people answered,(A) “Amen, Amen,”(B) lifting up their hands. And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.(Nehemiah 8:6 )

* When the Muslims pray, they fell on their faces

Then Abram fell on his face. And God said to him(Genesis 17:3 )

Then Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the entrance of the tent of meeting and fell on their faces. And the glory of the LORD appeared to them, (Numbers 20:6 )

Then Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of the LORD (Joshua 7:6 ).

When all the people of Israel saw the fire come down and the glory of the LORD on the temple, they bowed down with their faces to the ground (2 chronicles 7:3 )

And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God, and all the people answered,(A) “Amen, Amen,”(B) lifting up their hands.(C) And they bowed their heads and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.(Nehemiah 8:6 )

** Jesus praying to God

”And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed”( Matthew 26:39 )

** Even Jesus’ disciples submitted as Muslims

When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were terrified”( Matthew 17:6 )

And Elijah went up to the top of Mount Carmel, And he bowed himself down on the earth and put his face between his knees.(1 kings 18: 42 )

And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, (Revelations 7:11 )

Oh come, let us worship and bow down
let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker! (Psalm 95:6 )

All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship
before him shall bow all who go down to the dust( Psalm 22:29 )

Now Manoah and his wife were watching, and they fell on their faces to the ground. (Judges 13:20 )

And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, “The LORD, he is God; the LORD, he is God.”( 1 kings 18:39 )

David rose from beside the stone heap and fell on his face to the ground( 1 Samuel 20: 41 )

And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped (Joshua 5:14 )

When Abraham’s servant heard their words, he bowed himself to the earth before the LORD.(Genesis 24:52 )

JUST BECAUSE JESUS IS CALLED LORD, DOESN'T MEAN HE IS GOD/DIVINE. FOR MORE ON THE GREEK WORD FOR LORD AND IT'S USEAGE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT, SEE THIS **************

Jesus HIMSELF said that he is a Prophet in (Luke 19:24, Matthew 13:57).

...The Believers of Jesus themselves said that Jesus is a Prophet in Matthew 21:10-11.

Jesus himself has a God in John 20: 15-18.

Go to Revelations 3:12 where the supposed divine Jesus is in his glory and also says he has a God:

İn Qoran:

Jesus, the son of Mary, said: "O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah(God) (sent) to you, confirming the Taurát (Law) (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad." But when he came to them with Clear Signs, they said, "This is evident sorcery!"

you forget to add that also Buddah means actually "awakened one" or "the enlightened one" (it's not Really the name...) and it's not big surprice why Jesus image was called 'anointed one' :)

There is no need for temples or worship anyone as it's mad or childish imho. The most silliest of all is to go war over words or because one thinks they Know what is right for others, most likely they dont

If there is community that has newer heard a word of Allah, or about Islam.. what will happen with them? Do you really believe, God threats them more bad then spiritual enlightened proper Muslim 'guru'?
Maybe this family lives most lovable and proper life one can imagine... and they will be dealt more bad as they do not know Koran? You see... i do not buy it

If you are interested about some more interesting 'insights' about Christians: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6qYVnLYgSs - also try to find as many similartys between you and the people he is talking about. As if you send messages like that you look no different from fundamental Christian activist who has no understanding about other beliefs or religions.
How would you like if someone would start to draw pictures of Muhammad and other images related to Islam and will tell you this is how it IS ? How come your behaviour is so different ? Did you consider other person beliefs that might be far older and more profound then the information that you have about Reality ?
Maybe one wanted to convert Islam, to try this way to get to the 'promised land' but now you maybe scared him/her away with this stereotypical attack

If you would have born in USA, in nazi family.. or in Norway in some paganist family, would you send me then also this letter? Not most likely as then one would have just adopted maybe first thing that society and culture throws at him/her , at first... no?

Maybe not, who knows but it seems to me that most people are not converted but they will just adopt the reality channel they living in. Not testing and reading other options with open mind. & many things in life.. CAN NOT just be read or learned - they need to be experienced to understand slightly what other is talking about

All the best, from Estonia

THE TRUE RELİGİON OF GOD
THE RELIGION OF ISLAM
The first thing that one should know and clearly understand about Islam is what the word "Islam" itself means. The religion of Islam is not named after a person as in the case of Christianity which was named after Jesus Christ, Buddhism after Gautam Buddha, Confucianism after Confucius, and Marxism after Karl Marx. Nor was it named after a tribe like Judaism after the tribe of Judah and Hinduism after the Hindus. Islam is the true religion of "Allah" and as such, its name represents the central principle of Allah's "God's" religion; the total submission to the will of Allah "God". The Arabic word "Islam" means the submission or surrender of one's will to the only true god worthy of worship "Allah" and anyone who does so is termed a "Muslim", The word also implies "peace" which is the natural consequence of total submission to the will of Allah. Hence, it was not a new religion brought by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) I in Arabia in the seventh century, but only the true religion of Allah re-expressed in its final form.
Islam is the religion which was given to Adam, the first man and the first prophet of Allah, and it was the religion of all the prophets sent by Allah to mankind. The name of God's religion lslam was not decided upon by later generations of man. It was chosen by Allah Himself and clearly mentioned in His final revelation to man. In the final book of divine revelation, the Qur'aan, Allah states the following:
"This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion". (Soorah Al-Maa'idah 5:3)
"If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah (God) never will It be accepted of Him" (Soorah Aal'imraan 3:85)
"Abraham was not a Jew nor Christian; but an upright Muslim." (Soorah Aal'imraan 3:67)
Nowhere in the Bible will you find Allah saying to Prophet Moses' people or their descendants that their religion is Judaism, nor to the followers of Christ that their religion is Christianity. In fact, Christ was not even his name, nor was it Jesus! The name "Christ" comes from the Greek word Christos which means the anointed. That is, Christ is a Greek translation of the Hebrew title "Messiah". The name "Jesus" on the other hand, is a latinized version of the Hebrew name Esau.
For simplicity's sake, I will however continue to refer to Prophet Esau (PBUH) as Jesus. As for his religion, it was what he called his followers to. Like the prophets before him, he called the people to surrender their will to the will of Allah; (which is Islam) and he warned them to stay away from the false gods of human imagination.
According to the New Testament, he taught his followers to pray as follows: "Yours will be done on earth as it is in Heaven".
