Just will tell upfront, sometimes the cleaning and repairing takes few times more time then to reinstall everything from zero.

Worst case it has taken more then day when computer is to old and extremely infected but usually, 2-3 hours is normal time, the running of the software takes, at least 40 minutes should be invested to make basic
