FAQ and the Menu

Hey Gang,

We are days away from the festival and here are some answers to some common questions.

When does it start?
On Saturday at 8:30am we will start doing registration. I recommend showing up around then if you want to take the yoga class, otherwise you can sleep in. We just ask you make it for opening circle.

Sunday doors open at 8:30 am. Feel free to sleep in if you need it, but you won't want to miss the morning group warm up at 9:45.

Will there be food again this year?
Yup, we just posted the menu if you'd like to take a look. http://propfest.com/blog/

Are there tix at the door?
Yes a few, they will be $95

What do I do Saturday when I get there?
Come to the front door at the flip factory. You will just need your name and ID so we can check you off the list if you pre-purchased your tix.

There will be some info and something to sign, then you can slip into yoga or chill at the cafe before opening circle.

What will I need?
1. Comfortable clothes (think yoga clothes)
2. Your Props (we will have extra props for classes so no pressure if you don't own something) - you may want to label them with your name
3. A water bottle (also a mug for coffee)
4. Some cash for food, drinks or vendor goodies
5.. And a good night's sleep, it's gonna be a big day :)

Friday's Pot Luck Details

The Pot Luck will be in the Common Room at 1408 1414 17th Street SE (in Inglewood) at 7pm.

Meet at the front door of the building and someone will be there to let you in. If not text me at 403-835-9116 and we will come get u.

Please bring a pot luck item and your own booze if you'd like to drink. We are, as always, trying to stay eco friendly so please bring your cup.

There is room to spin there (no fire please) in the court yard so feel free to bring props.

Come have some fun with your fellow prop addicts before we get this workshop frenzy started.

I am so grateful to all the billets, instructors and volunteers that have been overwhelming me with help and support these last few weeks.
