what do you think about list like that? in simple old fashioned excel

Do you have backup of members in Love group? If something happens, should be prepared for not losing contacts as we did thousands of members with erowid page

(some in my list: drinking, other hard drugs, underestimating other humans intelligence who did not agree with them, ego tips, violence,.... but most of all - forgetting to Love all )
But well, this is really general list, have not really talked with anyone who could give some valuable input to this
