Despite the nuclear disaster at Fukushima there are plans to build what will be the world's biggest nuclear reactor in a coastal area prone to earthquakes! The Jaitapur nuclear plant in India cannot be built without the finance and support of investment banks like HSBC and BNP Paribas.
If you've already sent your message to the banks - telling them the world needs them to invest in clean, safe energy, not dangerous nuclear projects - please share this with your friends.
Thank you for the amazing support. Thousands of messages have already been sent to the banks!

Activists campaigning to stop the destruction of Russia's protected Khimki forest have suffered outrageous acts against them - arson, beatings and even murder. But the struggle continues. There is still a chance to save this forest and you can add your voice to this cause - please sign & ask friends to join you: http://bit.ly/eKEBGu For more information on the campaign please see the blog by Greenpeace Switzerland Forest Campaigner Asti Roesle, who was there when the bulldozers began clearing protected trees earlier this month.
