We have some serious lans to help with situations like that around the globe as it might be vital for our survival, more then most can assume
Do you know something about databases that map different small ethnic groups and aboriginal cultures, what kind of information is in these bases, how are they usable / exportable ?

Hi Margus! The Australian Aboriginals have been living there for over 40,000 years. When the white invaders came they killed Aboriginal people and tried to squash their culture, among others by stealing their children. While the former PM officially said sorry for this in 2010, this genocide practice still continues today. In the meantime a
movement has begun – bottom up from the communities – against racism and state racism (there is new legislation that renders the Northern Territory – a kind of province – an apartheid region; UN has protested, but to no avail so far), against black people being killed in custody, against police harassment and brutality, against desecration of sacred sites, and for social equality and justice, and for Land rights. Forty years ago the so-called Aboriginal Tent Embassy was a protest camp (like Occupy) in front of Parliament House in Canberra. In January this year there was a kind of re-union, a celebration and a commemoration of that rally. This was done by again striking camp in front of Parliament House. It became a new and fresh rally ‘against’ and ‘for’ the items I mentioned. Suggestion of the media was that they attacked the prime minister Julia Gillard and the leader of the opposition. This was untrue as a photo on my wall proves. The Embassy is still there! In the rest of the country these Embassies appear as well. In Brisbane (see my wall) and near Perth on Nyoongar Land. These Embassies are being attacked. Recently the Brisbane one, see my wall, and some weeks ago the Nyoongar one. At the Nyoongar Embassy the proud Aboriginal People didn’t want a confrontation, didn’t let themselves be provoked and walked away from the police. That could have been it but the police followed and arrested a few people. And to make matters worse they attacked a pregnant woman with a baby girl in her arms with a horse! A terrible situation, see the video on my wall. I spoke to the woman, Shiloh Harrison, a few hours after she was attacked and she is/was still very shocked and sore (I think from what she said she had a concussion), but especially traumatised because the baby girl and the unborn child both could have been killed by the brutal attack. On FB I try to contribute to the struggle by telling the world what is happening and sending support and solidarity to the Aboriginal People and the prtoestors and contributors in the Embasssies. Well, Margus, that's the whole story... Thanx for asking and for your interest! Jan
