Well I can help with the project, I am Latvian, I live in Latvia, my first language is Latvian, and I think that my Latvian writing skills are normal, sometimes excellent :) and my English skills are average, sometimes above average, it depends from the topic :D But before I really get into this project I want to know my responsibilities, what do I have to do as an administrator in this page?
Also I did not really understood do I have to write this e-mail in Latvian? If so, let me know :) I can write one in Latvian too ;)
