How do you combine the training, do you also recommend to pay attention daily at mind body ˇ & above ˇ connection or is training also fully healthy with out looking in to this?

I just thought over here, that body works way better with less frustration to the mind once people have some Good vision what for they do what they do, or what you think ?

I just have this strange feeling based on some vague personal information, that sometimes strong training without right kind of vision locks mind/heart up pretty strong and instead one truly starting to enjoy people and life around them one gets kind of addicted to the training and separates from the people who do not share same kind of training club... but this is luckily not so strong feeling, just a bit
