u did try the safe mode thing, F8 boot and then admin account right?

Hey, on F. DVD what i burn him, has software, actually 2 CD "images" - you need to burn these (actually only one of them, dif CDs, do similar thing). Use the NT offline password editor first, its easier.

anyway burn this CD image whit nero (ask carrot if u are not sore how to burn CD image to real CD) then u need to boot computer from this CD... follow the screen ...

there is documentation also whit this CD how to reset the password (actually u just need to press something like 1, 2, 2 ,3 or something liek that.. just numbers for options and in the end press number what will save it and computer will reboot with no password... its super simple but confusing if u do it first time)

no need to reinstall anything, resting takes like less then 2 minutes actually.


read the html documents i added also to this DVD to understand.. carrot can help u for sore.

Remember that problem I have with the computer at my work, regarding the password that no-one seems to know. Which program can be used to override this or how do I go about re-installing windows please let me know ASAP…
