you can still get pictures back by recovery opions in linux, in windows even... specially if not a lot of new movies downloaded ... as normal formatting does not really delete most of the things... for goverment purposes :p

but you can you know... boot up with LInux Ubuntu USB and access all data, even if deleted ...
