A reason I was holding on to more weight before and had an eating disorder was because subconsciously it was a way to keep people away from me so I wouldn't have to experience more pain. I felt so much pressure but it was me who put it all on and allow others to treat me a certain way so I agree also that it's ok to be selfish. I still really need to work on it however.
Someone was trying to communicate with me but I didn't want to. I had a mixture of feelings. I felt guity and bad for nor replying. I also felt really angry with him for not respecting my boundries. Do we communicate our boundries with others? I feel as though more conscious people pick up on peoples boundries. I even very explicitly mentioned certain things but he ignored them. He was not thinking of my boundries. He was being selfish. Actually I broke my boundries with him before and he saw my weakness and thought he could take advantage again but no not again. Some things happened about my behaviour i noticed yesterday. During the activism, the other activists came up behind me whilst I was in the middle if talking to some students. My ego went straight in!!! I felt my defenses go up, my feathers had been ruffled, I felt attacked, volnerable. Rather than being happy I've got company and introducing my fellow vegan activism friends to the students, I kinda ignored them and tried to begrudgingly carry on. Was my behaviour about the other vegans?? Hell no! It was about my being wrapped in cotton wool, strict, manipulating, controlling, upbringing. People like me who've had this kind of suffocating upbringing do not react well with other suffocating situations as an adult if they've not dealt and healed those initial traumas which I obviously haven't. So these other situations are signs to heal those old wounds and these patterns will continue until my old wounds are healed. How do I heal the old wounds? By allowing. By not letting the ego creap in. By going into the negative feelings, recognising them, allowing them, accepting them, working through them, moving through them, being them. This recognision shadow work can then heal the wound.

I'm going to start creating healthier boundries than I have right now, not continuing to accept certain behavior from others..the first step being more conscious. I like the idea of community living. I've yearned my whole life for it, for love, acceptance.

I don't feel I can have a sense of self aswell as merging with others. That's why I struggle with relationships. I feel that by merging with others I have to abandon part of myself. This is because I have had unhealthy boundries and this was what I was taught growing up. As well as an overpowering sense of control. I also noticed some phsycological withdrawal blackmailing from rents. They would tell me that I would no longer have access to them if I didn't agree with them. They've done this my whole life. The most recent times was telling me that if I leave, meaning going against what they believe in, I shpuld not come back, meaning not have access to them, meaning I would have to make a choice, either me, or them, they are not accepting or loving me by doing this which is an extremely painful thing to experience from your parents, no matter how old you are.

I wanna give less of a shi wa others think of me. I feel like im carrying this burden n I'm getting sick n fukin tired of it. I need to forgive myself and others.
I need to live more in the moment, accept more.

Whenever we are dealing with a conflict however small or big, it's a great opportunity to delve deeper into it and find out what is the real cause of the issue. To do some shadow work as one of my favourite spiritual teachers Teal Swan calls it. So yesterdays example of me feeling drained, frustrated and getting upset was linked to my childhood as I'm still carrying those wounds with me. I got frustrated because I didn't feel I was being accepted, loved, appreciated for the individual that I am. Host was expecting me to be in his energy, listen to him, be like him, without really seeing me as an individual which are patterns from my childhood. As soon as I fully heal from those old would as child may, they will stop affecting me as adult may. I'm working on it.
The things that affect us negatively are never really about the actually thing. It's usually linked to childhood wounds.
I still have child may unhealed wounds I'm carrying with me that need healing.
As an adult which is creating an unbalance in my life.

and if i newer get any return form it, and will burn with the rest, still, even if i know that upfront, i will still keep doing what i do, in hope, if that is good even someone else... as this is not something to do for yourself, but for a God...and if i did so big mistake, to mess up a love.. then any situation for me is sufficient (even the ones i complain aabout befor,e in UK )
