there is one famous chemist in russia, who invented new type of theater, so is possible for you to make also, sauna business better then most else who have done it for money not for soul

if you do it proper ya can become famous on it

goors also, make wooden handles, and big old looking wooden doors .. it will make already proper impression.. and newer ruin it putting inside some shortcuts.. some western crap or lights cheap ones..

and hire proper sauna professionals to guide you, at least one,
as there is some special skills to make sauna , and build it like that, it will last 100 years easy with little maintenance
with old tools , out of proper wood

also keep some old ancient people from cold land, related materials and nicely old looking booklets, around... and if at all, then leather couch .. but not an this new age ones.. basic soft old ones, but wood is main thing to keep in mind.

there should be sauna rooms, washing room .. big front warm sitting room for good cold drinks like Kali (it is like beer but better tasting and with no alcohol, the original drink) and then outside it all some other room where people have clothing on and some health food but in a way that it looks not boor, some black bread from Baltic land and some other treats... then the world will spread fast about unbelievable something new..
and price does not need to be cheap, Cheap price make only once a week, really cheap price with upfront bookings for months if needed, so common people can also can be part of normal sauna culture... something like that.

but yeah, it needs to be build from proper wood, with proper way treated and with right kind of natural smells,
also the items for water, and shower room needs to be of wood, and the sitting room as well,
maybe also small open fire on sitting room to keep reminding, that it is real life what burns for them...
