Sounds interesting. I will have a look & see how we can stay in contact. I am a Laughter therapist (Laughter Yoga leader) as well & it works in a unique way to deal with stress, inflammation, pain, the immune & lymph system AND of course the joyful part. It is still new for South Africa & people see it as entertaining & not as the Exercise it is meant to be.
