When updating from previous portable version of RWPaint, delete all dll files in this
folder and from the PlugIns folder before unpacking the RWPaint.zip archive.

If old files are left in place and RWPaint is started, it will not work correctly.
In that case, delete everything in this folder (except default.rwdb in AppData folder)
and unzip the files again.
